- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪SHAMBLES TERRIBLE SURGERY!!! I have quite a poorly mam who can barely walk most days and when you ring for an appt your always told to call the morning of the day you want to book. How rediculous what if a person hasn't got access to call them selves on that day an relies on relatives to call??? I again called today to arrange an appointment for my mam to be seen tomorow to again be told to ring at 8am didn't ask if it was an emergency or nothing just you will have to call at 8am when asked why that is they just said cause that's when the diary opens (NONCENCE). AND my mam can't get down to the surgery on her own and we all also work and need to make arrangements for someone to be able to take mam to the appt around working hours. My mams feet are enormously swollen toes swollen my mam is riddled with rhumatoid arthtitis among other illnesses and struggles every day she doesn't like going to the doctors as feels others are worse off. This surgery has become the absolute shambles and only gets worse and people saying they have empathy for their patients please show and tell me where it's appalling so I will be taking my mam to the walk it whether it cost the surgery or not. They should take more pride and care into their patients. Seriously aggravated and annoyed at this terrible service now and they feel there doing a good job i would 100% beg to differ. (I only give 1 * because with had too to be able to write this review).by David DepecheJune 07, 2017
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I joined this Practice some 13 years ago. My wife was already a patient there.I have total faith in the doctors there and have experienced fantastic care and attention to detail for my own health requirements.I could not single out any of the doctors or nurses but happily state that they compliment each others strengths and are a great long serving caring empathetic team.
